I recently went to Tagaytay and had our desserts in FIC. We loved-loved their Banoffee Ice Cream! And because of that, we'll be replicating it at home.
How to:
- Pile on a scoop of caramel-flavored ice cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream (2 vanilla is fine if there's no caramel)
- Add sliced bananas all over
- Top with chocolate syrup, caramel, and crushed graham crackers!
And there it is... Banoffee Ice Cream Sundae
